With profound sadness, we share the recent passing of Jon Lowke, our friend, colleague, and co-founder of Aegis Development Group LLC.
For over two decades, Jon has been well-known as a construction industry leader and for his active involvement in industry groups and forums throughout south Florida. He led with his infectious smile and vision that left a lasting impact on our Company, our industry and our community. Most importantly, he was a dear friend to all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be greatly missed.

Paul graduated from college in North Carolina in 1995, and moved to Florida. In 1998 Paul began his career in the construction industry. Initial entry level positions enabled him to become firmly grounded in the fundamentals while offering him a diversity of projects. These opportunities led him up the entire Eastern Seaboard working in almost every New England state, over to Dallas, TX & eventually back to Florida in 2017.
His management skills & increasing project complexities resulted in rapid advancement & recognition as he progressed in his career with some of the most prominent companies in the United States and the world.
With years of experience in the construction industry, Paul is a seasoned professional. He brings a wealth of knowledge & experience that has proved to be a direct benefit for his clients, in both the public and private sectors.
He has had the opportunity to lead and participate on some of the largest construction programs in the United States. His personal involvement in program management, along with new and renovation construction projects exceed $5 billion.
Paul’s ability to blend strong management & organizational skills with a mastery of construction complexities signals successful outcomes for his clientele.

Cindy Nedoroscik is a highly capable Senior Construction Manager and Permit Expediter with 16 years of experience overseeing complex projects throughout Florida. As a licensed General Contractor, she brings a deep understanding of construction processes and project delivery methods, ensuring efficient coordination from planning through closeout. Her expertise in permitting and entitlements allows her to navigate regulatory requirements and agency coordination with precision, helping to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Her project background spans K-12 and higher education facilities, municipal buildings, and large-scale mixed-use developments. Known for her ability to anticipate challenges and resolve them proactively, Cindy excels at balancing technical, logistical, and regulatory demands. Clients value her clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to deliver well-managed, compliant projects that meet both operational and community needs.

Lori graduated from from George Mason University in 1984 and spent time working for Honeywell, DynCorp, and an architectural firm, where she developed a strong foundation in job costing and construction accounting. After relocating to Florida, she transitioned into public accounting, gaining experience that ultimately led her to launch her own firm. Today, she specializes in construction accounting, supporting contractors with financial reviews required for bonding, and assisting non-profit organizations in navigating annual audits to ensure compliance and sustainability. Lori is married and lives in Jupiter, FL with husband and son.
